A COVID-19 Update for Our Clients.

As the state of Utah has officially transitioned from moderate risk to low risk for the majority of our state, we continue to make preparations to safely reopen our branch lobbies. Beginning on Monday, June 1, all of our branch lobbies will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We will continue to monitor guidance from local and state health officials and provide updates to you as we progress through the summer months.

We are asking a few things from our clients to ensure the health and safety of all:

  • When possible, please continue to use our drive-thrus and online banking.
  • If you are not feeling well or demonstrating any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the branch lobby.
  • Inside our branches, we will observe social distancing guidelines and maintain 6 feet of separation.
  • For security purposes, anyone wearing a mask will be asked to temporarily remove them when entering the branch so we can properly identify you.

I’m so pleased to be able to send you these positive developments. All of us at CCBank have missed the daily interaction with our clients, and we truly welcome these small steps toward a return to normal operations inside our branches. With the guidelines outlined above in place, we believe that we can enjoy personally interacting with you while maintaining the right amount of precautions to keep us safe.
