PROVO, UTAH (Thursday, Jan. 9, 2019) – CCBank announced today that it has hired David Frances as chief credit officer, where he will primarily focus on the bank’s loan credit reviews and approvals among other senior leadership responsibilities. Frances has over 30 years of bank lending experience and is relocating to Provo from Albany, Oregon. He will work alongside Carl Gallegos, executive vice president, who will continue to oversee the bank’s credit operations.

Frances joins CCBank as a seasoned financial executive with proven experience in financial operations and credit and risk management. He also has a successful track record of directing financial operations and multi-million-dollar credit portfolios for organizations ranging from regional community banks to global financial institutions. Frances has extensive knowledge and experience in lending categories including commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, Small Business Administration (SBA), and agriculture. He attended Western Governors University, where he attained a bachelor and master’s degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of the prestigious American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
