Provo, Utah (March 27, 2023) –
CCBank is excited to announce that it will break ground on its new corporate headquarters on Friday, March 31st, 2023, at 10 a.m. The groundbreaking celebration will occur at the bank’s branch office at 1909 W. State Street in Pleasant Grove. The community is invited to join the bank’s personnel, local officials, and representatives from SIRQ Construction, Scholz Architects, and Navigate Construction Management to celebrate the addition of this commercial space to the city of Pleasant Grove.
CCBank’s new corporate headquarters is in the Battle Creek business park located in Pleasant Grove, and the finished Class A three-story commercial building—expected to be completed in 12 months—will be around 20,700 square feet. The headquarters will feature expansive windows to provide mountain views and overlook Pleasant Grove Valley, vast amounts of interior glass to help natural light flow through the building’s entire floor plan, local elements as inspiration in design to create a community for workers, a sizeable 20-person conference room; use of natural moss walls throughout; and two-story cascading lights in the central entry area. When possible, the bank and its project partners are proud to rely on local companies for construction, design, and finishes.
“We are thrilled to join with our community to break ground on this new building for CCBank in Pleasant Grove, which showcases our 30-year commitment to partner in the growth and prosperity of our cities and towns. As CCBank continues its exciting growth as a longstanding Utah community bank, this new building will provide us with a centralized campus for our bank that, in turn, will allow us to operate more efficiently and effectively—ultimately for the benefit of our employees, clients, and community partners,” explained Matt Field, CCBank’s President and CFO.
