PROVO, UTAH (MAY 12, 2020) – CCBank announced that it has hired Dustin Phillips as senior vice president and chief lending officer, where he is responsible for overseeing the bank’s lending team activity and managing the bank’s loan portfolio. Phillips has over 27 years of banking experience.

Phillips joins CCBank as a seasoned financial executive with proven experience in lending operations and management. He started his banking career in 1993 as a teller and began commercial lending in the St. Louis, Missouri, market in 1999. Phillips moved to the Utah Valley area in 2007 to join a local community bank where he worked for the past 13 years before joining CCBank. He attained a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo in 1996 and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in 2017. He and his wife of 23 years have three children.
