CCBank FIS Conversion
5.13.2020
As a part of our commitment to remain on the leading edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce we are upgrading our online banking platform. Our new system will help us continue to provide the service you expect, offer the most up-to-date products and services, and better enable us to protect your confidential information by using enhanced authentication procedures.
We want you to be aware of these changes to our online banking system coming the weekend of June 13-June 14 and ask you to read the following information carefully to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you as little disruption as possible. We have outlined the affected services and temporary limitations below—and provided an FAQ section for easy reference.
Temporary Service Limitations during the Upgrade Period
In order to make the switch to our new online banking system, we must temporarily limit the availability of online banking services during the upgrade period. The upgrade period will begin on June 12, 2020, at Noon—at which time online banking will become unavailable. Access to the new online banking system will be available on Monday, June 15 at 6:00 a.m. We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during the upgrade period.
Online Banking Access
If you have saved our current online banking site in your browser favorites, you should delete the link from your favorites. Retaining this favorite will direct you to an inactive site. When the new site becomes available on Monday, June 15, 2020 please access the new online banking site through our Website (www.CCBank.com) and clicking on the new online banking link—which will be in the same location on our site where you currently login to your online account(s).
Passwords
We will not convert your current password from the old system to the new system. We will generate a new password using the last 4 digits of your social security number, which you will use the first time you log on to the new system. When you first log on to the new online banking system, you will enter your current User ID and assigned password. You must change your password during your first log on. Password requirements for the new system are: The password must be at least eight characters long, contain one number, one special character (!@#$%&*?), one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter.
Advanced Login Authentication
We will offer increased security for your online transactions with our new system. At your first login—
and any additional logins from an unrecognized device or IP address—you will be prompted to receive an authentication code be either sent to a phone number on record or via SMS text for you to enter and then continue to view your accounts.
Online Bill Pay
We will convert your existing bill pay information to the new system, except for business online customers who we will work with individually through this conversion process. Bill Pay will be unavailable starting Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 7:00 a.m., while we convert your existing bill payment information to the new system. Our current system will make all bill payments scheduled for payment through Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Our new system will make all payments scheduled for payment on Thursday, June 18, 2020 or later.
Default funding account
Please log into the bill pay site after the conversion to verify the default funding account. The default funding account is the account that new bill payments will be debited from. All previously scheduled transactions will be debited from the funding account that you selected when the payment was initiated.
Online Bill Pay History
We will be converting history for retail bill pay customers that will be available to you by the end of the day on Thursday, June 18, 2020. If you would like to access transaction history for dates prior to this upgrade, you will need to download or print the information prior to 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2020. Please do not submit a transaction previously scheduled on your old system.
eBills
Vendors who send eBills control the billing process; therefore, we cannot convert eBills to our new system. You must stop all eBills you are receiving no later than Thursday, June 11, 2020. You may re-establish your eBills after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15, 2020. Our old system will automatically stop any active eBills immediately after the upgrade.
Online Account Transfers
We will not convert scheduled or reoccurring transfers to the new system. After the new system becomes available on June 15, 2020, you will need to re-establish your scheduled and reoccurring transfers.
Online Transaction History
Will have a start date of your online transaction history dating back to March 17, 2020. If you would like to access transaction history for dates prior to this date, you will need to download or print the information before noon on Thursday, June 11, 2020.
Quicken/QuickBooks Transaction Download
You will need to download all transactions prior to the scheduled upgrade date of noon on Thursday, June 11, 2020. Intuit, the author of Quicken/QuickBooks, provides information on how to connect to these programs.
eStatements
Once the upgrade to the new system is complete, you will be able to enroll to receive your account statement electronically, via your Online Banking Account, eliminating your paper statement.
eMail Address Verification
We recommend you log in to your current Online Banking Account prior to May 22, 2020, and verify your e-mail address is correct. After logging in, click on Account Services and select the Update e-mail Address option to see the address we currently have on file.
If you should have any challenges accessing online banking, please call your local branch office or customercare@ccbankutah.com
Online banking through our previous system should still be available through Monday, June 15 at 6:00 a.m., when our conversion will be completed. Once the new system is live, your account and transaction history will remain in the system. You will use your current login ID and password, though you will be prompted to create a new password.
We want to continue to offer the best in products and services to our clients as well as maximize operation efficiencies that our prior system didn’t allow. This core conversion is a major step in accomplishing both goals to better serve our clients.
YES. You will have the same bank account number(s) that you currently have for checking, savings, money market, CDs, IRAs, and loan products.
Yes. You may continue to your CCBank checks. Please contact us when you are ready for a re-order, and we’ll be glad to assist you.
Yes. You may continue to use your current debit card throughout the conversion and at all times after. You will not need a new debit card.
We do not anticipate there being any time you will not be able to access your funds by debit card or check. We planned the conversion over the weekend of June 13-June 14 to minimize the impact on you—while offering complete access to your funds. However, please carry an alternative form of payment during this conversion weekend in case CCBank experiences an unplanned disruption of service. For any issues during this conversion weekend, please contact your local branch office or customercare@ccbankutah.com
Since your account number is not changing, all current direct deposits or automatic drafts will continue to be processed normally.
