We are excited to launch our New Online Banking Experience for each of you beginning June 15th! We have been working hard to ensure  that each of you will have the access you need to continue to bank the way you prefer to bank.

We sent out a communication in the middle of May about the changes that will be happening with your online banking.  We wanted to follow up today with additional information so that when you transition over to our new system, you won’t be caught off guard.

We first want you to be aware that ALL ONLINE BANKING SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 12 through JUNE 14.  We recognize that this may be difficult for many of our customers.  Please be aware that we can help you with requests you have in our branches in the meantime.  Don’t hesitate to call us or email us at customercare@ccbankutah.com if you have any questions.

Consumer Online Banking:

We have a new consumer online banking platform for each of you to use.  Beginning June 15, you can click here to access the site and login to your online banking.  This will be different from the New Business Online Banking Platform

YOU MUST LOGIN THROUGH CONSUMER ONLINE BANKING BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE MOBILE APP. In addition, User ID format requirements are a little different on the new system.  Your User ID MUST be in all lowercase letters.  If you use capital letters, it will not work.

Once you put in your User ID, click Continue, and then follow the instructions on the screen for your temporary password.  You will be prompted to change your password at that point.  (Hint: you can use your current online banking password.)

There are a few solutions we WILL NOT continue to have.  Card Valet and Pop Money will no longer be available.  We will have other solutions to meet your needs in those areas coming soon.

Consumer Mobile Banking:

Consumer Mobile Banking will be very similar to what you are currently using. However, there will be a few new features to look forward to. This includes creating/managing bill pay payees and creating/managing bill pay payments.  We will have additional enhancements coming in the future.

You can download the app today using the links below.  Just remember, YOU MUST LOGIN THROUGH CONSUMER ONLINE BANKING FIRST.  In addition, you will not be able to use the app until June 15.

Business Online Banking:

We also have a new business online banking platform for each of you. This is different from the New Consumer Online Banking Platform.  You can click here to access the site and login to your online banking.  It is important to note that you can log in prior to when the Business Online Banking shows live data, but date WILL NOT BE CURRENT UNTIL JUNE 15.  You will be in a preview only mode.

In addition, User ID format requirements are a little different on the new system.  Your User ID MUST be in all lowercase letters.  If you use capital letters, it will not work.  You are also required to use 3 credentials to login.  A Company ID, User ID, and Password.  You were sent these credentials last week through a Secure Message through your current online banking message center.

Business Mobile Banking:

We are excited to announce that our business customers will now have their own Mobile App to bank conveniently from your phone or tablet!  The new app has functionality specific to your business and gives you an array of options you didn’t have before.

You can download the app today using the links below.  YOU MUST LOGIN THROUGH BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING FIRST OR THE APP WILL NOT WORK.  In addition, you will not be able to use the app until June 15.

There are going to be additional services added as we continue with our new online banking features. Some things will look different. There are enhancements that will allow you to do more for your business then you could before.

We are excited to still offer ACH/Wire services through our online banking. Your ACH/Wire history WILL NOT come over to the new system.  You will, however, be able to see the activity In your transaction history on the account.  Those who this effects should already have been contacted by our operations team.  If you haven’t, please email us at customercare@ccbankutah.com.

We truly appreciate you as our customer and look forward to continuing to offer you all the banking solutions you need!
